What does African beads symbolize?

Does the beaded jewelry come in different sizes?
Our beads are handmade and do not follow standard sizes such as small, medium, or large. Most pieces fit the majority of bodies, though some may run smaller or larger.
For our plus-size beauties, we now offer select waist beads listed specifically as plus size, with waist measurements included in the product description.
If you need assistance finding the right fit, please contact us using the form on this site or email aidasunu@gmail.comand we’ll be happy to help. Waist beads can also be adjusted to fit tighter as needed.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once shipped, delivery times will vary.
You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control.
Returns & Refunds
At this time, Aida Sunu does not offer refunds or cancellations. Once payment is accepted and your order has shipped, refunds cannot be granted.
What if what I want is out of stock, will it be back in stock soon?
Many Aida Sunu pieces are handmade and shipped directly from Africa. Because of this, we cannot guarantee restocks for sold-out items.

Can I shower and swim in my beaded jewelry?
Yes, our beaded jewelry can get wet. However, to extend the life of your piece, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water, lotions, perfumes, or oils when possible
What if my package was returned to the seller?
Packages returned to Aida Sunu are most often due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Please double-check your address before completing your order.
If a package is returned due to an address issue, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
What if I want to add to my order after I placed the order?
If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to add additional items. Please email us as soon as possible at aidasunu@gmail.com.
What if the tracking says my order has been delivered but I didn't get it?
Once an order has been shipped, Aida Sunu is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking indicates delivery but you did not receive your order, please contact your local post office directly to file a missing mail claim.
