What does African beads symbolize?

Do the beaded jewelry come in different sizes?
Beads are handmade and do not come in specific sizes such as small, med, large. However, they do fit the majority and we do have some that may be smaller or lager than others. If you are a plus size beauty, contact us using the contact form on this site or email us at africanbinbingmail.com and we will verify we have what you need. We now have some waist beads listed as plus sized. The waist size for these beads are in the description. For our other beauties, waist beads can easily be adjusted to fit tighter (click on video below).
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please all 2-3 business days for your order to be shipped. Once shipped, delivery times will vary. The USPS has announced shipping delays and increased shipping costs. You will receive a tracking number once your item ships, after that point, we no longer have control of delivery times.
Returns & Refunds
Unfortunately, Africanbinbin has a no refund/cancellation policy. Once payment is accepted and your beads are shipped, refunds will not be granted.
What if what I want is out of stock, will it be back in stock soon?
Africanbinbin's products are handmade and shipped directly from Africa. As a result, we cannot guarantee that out of stock items will be back in stock. However, if you see something that you like that we've sold out of, email us at africanbinbin@gmail.com and we'll see if we can get that item again.
Can I shower and swim in my beaded jewelry?
Yes, you can get your beads wet.
What if my package was returned to the seller?
Packages returned to Africanbinbin are most likely a result of an insufficient address. Please ensure you double check your address before checking out. If the package was returned due to an insufficient address given by the customer, Africanbinbin will not be responsible for additional shipping cost. We will offer you an opportunity to remit payment for us to ship it out again.
What if I want to add to my order after I placed the order?
If your product has not shipped, we will be happy to add on to the shipment. Send an email to africanbinbin@gmail.com.
What if the tracking says my order has been delivered but I didn't get it?
Once packages are mailed, we are not responsible for the delivery. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the post office (missing mail link).
